Warranty Coverage
TaoSync products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Warranty Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, TaoSync products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of delivery.

TaoSync products are designed for controller modding. Installation may require patience, basic modding experience, and careful handling.
Before installation, please read the product description, compatibility notes, installation manual, and available guide videos carefully.
If you are not familiar with controller disassembly or installation, we recommend asking an experienced technician or modder for help.
TaoSync is not responsible for damage to controllers caused by incorrect installation or improper handling.
