At TaoSync, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our products are designed for controller modding enthusiasts around the world, and we currently serve customers in North America, the European Union, Japan, and other supported regions.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually be processed on the next business day.

If your order contains pre-order items, customized items, or products that are still under development, the processing time may be longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including:

North America
European Union countries
Japan
Other available regions shown at checkout

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method.

North America: usually 7–15 business days
European Union: usually 7–18 business days
Japan: usually 5–12 business days
Other regions: delivery time may vary

Please note that delivery time is only an estimate. Customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other factors may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination, order value, shipping method, and package weight.

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These charges are not always included in the product price or shipping fee.

Depending on the destination country or region, additional tax or customs-related fees may be required. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

TaoSync is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

TaoSync is not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, reception desk, mailbox, or parcel locker.
