Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the package if the order meets our return conditions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
All parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials are included
The return request is submitted within the allowed return period
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
Used or installed products
Products damaged during installation
Products damaged by incorrect use or modification
Clearance or final sale items
Customized or special-order products
Items without original packaging
Items without proof of purchase
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Installation-Related Issues
TaoSync products are designed for controller modding. Some products may require careful installation.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for products damaged during installation, incorrect disassembly, improper use, or installation on incompatible controller models.
Please check the compatibility information and installation guide before purchase and before installation.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, missing part, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Product name
Photos or videos of the issue
Photos of the package and shipping label if needed
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed TaoSync error or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. TaoSync is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or need a different compatible version, please contact us before returning the product.
Exchanges depend on product availability and return eligibility.
