Are TaoSync products official PlayStation products?

No. TaoSync is an independent controller modding accessories brand. Our products are designed for compatible controllers, but they are not official products from Sony, PlayStation, or any console manufacturer.

Do your products fit PS5 controllers?

Do your products fit PS5 EDGE controllers?

Some TaoSync products are designed for PS5 EDGE controllers. Please make sure you choose the correct product version for your controller.

Can I use a PS5 kit on a PS5 EDGE controller?

No, unless the product page clearly states that it is compatible. PS5 and PS5 EDGE products may have different structures and compatibility requirements.

Installation

Are TaoSync kits easy to install?

Do I need professional tools?

What should I do before installation?

What if I damage my controller during installation?

TaoSync is not responsible for controller damage caused by incorrect installation, improper handling, excessive force, or use with incompatible controller models.

If you are not confident with installation, we recommend asking an experienced technician or modder for help.

Where do you ship?

We currently serve customers in selected regions, including North America, the European Union, Japan, and other supported areas shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your destination and selected shipping method.

Will I receive tracking information?

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has been shipped.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

If there is still no update after several days, please contact us.
